The tourist tax is not included and is € 2.70 per person per night, up to a maximum of seven nights. It is always payable upon arrival at the hotel. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.

We are the only hotel with the Evolution Formula, which includes the following in the price:

• Sweet and savoury breakfast with coffee, fresh juices and seasonal fruit
• Lunch and dinner served buffet-style with traditional Romagna, Italian and international vegetarian and vegan dishes
• Drinks with meals (water, wine, beer, cola and orangeade).
• Free bar from 8 a.m. to midnight serving soft drinks, non-alcoholic beverages and coffee.
• A complimentary Reyah kit containing shampoo, body cream and bubble bath.
• Zen swimming pool surrounded by greenery with an area equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers for sunbathing
• Reserved beach area at Bagno Marconi with one parasol and two sun loungers.
• Bicycles with child seats and helmets
• A shuttle service to and from the beach

• Free Wi-Fi in all rooms and communal areas

• A unique evening show every day in the Mondani garden, including live concerts, DJ sets and meetings with people from the arts and culture scene.

• Wellness and fitness activities at the Temple of the Soul: eight holistic practitioners offering ten different disciplines and exclusive courses led by two personal trainers.

• Teenage activities: a gaming room dedicated entirely to technology with PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch consoles; a recreation area with board and party games; a relaxation area with a quiet space containing books for teenagers, as well as a video projector for watching films and manga.

Terms and conditions and cancellation policy

• This promotion is subject to limited availability and cannot be combined with other offers.
• A 30% deposit is required within seven days of confirmation, via card or bank transfer. Invoice details must be provided at the time of booking.
• The club card costs € 60 per room per year and is not included. It is required for All Inclusive services.
• Free cancellation is permitted up to 15 days before arrival. After this deadline, or in case of a no-show, the deposit will be retained.
• If the stay has been paid for in advance, a full refund will be given within 15 days. After this period, a penalty charge of € 400 will be incurred.
• Early departure incurs a penalty equal to the full amount.
